Because Vibrant accounts don’t rely on passwords, whenever you log out or re-install the app you will need to recover your account. To start the account recovery process with our partner LOBSTR,an independent third party account recovery provider, you will need to verify your email account twice.
When you open the application, you’ll be asked for your email address. Once you submit it, you’ll receive a code in your email inbox which you’ll be asked to enter back into the VIbrant app. Once you do this, we’ll ask for your email a second time, this time using LOBSTR’s account verification process. A new window will open up in the app, and once there, you will need to repeat this process: you’ll receive a code to your email address, and you’ll need to re-enter the code to proceed. After you do this, voila! You’re back in.
To do this you need to verify your phone number or email address via our account recovery process. Our account recovery process has two steps (i) first you validate your identity with Vibrant and then You’ll be directed to a portal hosted by LOBSTR, an independent third party account recovery provider. When you validate your identity you will use your phone number or email address and receive a confirmation code to regain access to your account. Simply enter the confirmation code in the app If the code matches, voila! You’re back in.
