Because Vibrant accounts don’t rely on passwords, whenever you log out or re-install the app you will need to recover your account. To do this you need to verify your phone number or email address via our account recovery process. Our account recovery process has two steps (i) first you validate your identity with Vibrant and then You’ll be directed to a portal hosted by LOBSTR, an independent third party account recovery provider. When you validate your identity you will use your phone number or email address and receive a confirmation code to regain access to your account. Simply enter the confirmation code in the app If the code matches, voila! You’re back in.
