I paid a bill, but it wasn’t credited

If your bill payment wasn’t credited, please check the following:

  1. Check Payment History: Go to your Transaction History by clicking the icon and check if the payment was processed. Sometimes it may still be pending.
  2. Wait for Processing Time: Remember that payments can take up to 72 business hours to be credited. If it’s been less than that, the payment might still be processing.
