What can I do if my cash-out via MoneyGram is "blocked" or I cannot cancel a transaction?

When a transaction is blocked, the MoneyGram agent will not be able to complete the transaction for you.

This is rare, but if it does happen, you won’t be able to cancel the transaction.

Note: You will not know the transaction is blocked in the Vibrant App. A blocked transaction could stem from an issue at the MoneyGram location or your account, and you’ll be informed at the MoneyGram location.
