How do I track my MoneyGram transaction?

If you want to know if your cash is ready to pick up:

  1. Log into your Vibrant account
  2. Go to your Transaction history by clicking on the clock located at the bottom of your screen
  3. Select the withdrawal you want to review
    • If you can see the reference number, your funds are ready for pickup!
    • If you see a green check mark on the withdrawal, and you no longer see the reference number, it means that your cash-out is completed

To cash out, please visit your nearest MoneyGram location with your submitted ID and reference number. To find your nearest MoneyGram location, click here.

You can cancel any uncompleted cash out, by clicking on the withdrawal and selecting “Cancel Transaction”. Once the cash-out is completed, you won’t be able to cancel it.
