Finding and Using a MoneyGram Location

Once you have completed the cash out form via MoneyGram, and you see the message in your home screen, “Your cash is ready for pick-up” the funds will be immediately ready for pick-up.

If you don’t see this message in your home screen:

  1. Log into your Vibrant account
  2. Go to your Transaction History by clicking the icon.
  3. Select the withdrawal you want to review
  4. If the reference number is displayed, the funds are ready for pick up!

Visit your nearest MoneyGram location with your reference number and photo ID to pick up your funds.

What documents are required to complete a cash out at a MoneyGram location?

In order to pick up your cash at a MoneyGram location, you must present the ID you registered in the MoneyGram cash out form. It could be one of the following:

  • Passport
  • Government issued ID
  • Driver’s license

Please note that the document requirement may change depending on the country you are cashing out in.
