You can send digital assets (ARST, USDC, and XLM) to Vibrant users who reside in other countries. It's possible to cash out, through MoneyGram in:

• Colombia
• Guatemala
• Dominican Republic
• Paraguay
• Nicaragua
• El Salvador
• Uruguay

There are non-supported states and territories for withdrawal, including:

• Hawaii
• Idaho
• New York
• The District of Columbia

How much money can I send per cash out through MoneyGram?

You can cash out up to 2,500 USDC per transaction. The minimum amount that can be cashed out is 2 USDC per transaction.

The limits may vary depending on the location you are completing your cash out. We recommend that you call the MoneyGram location beforehand to verify their cash out limits.

How do Vibrant and MoneyGram determine the exchange rate?

MoneyGram determines their exchange rate based on their own internal system. For cash to USDC exchange offered in Vibrant by our partner MoneyGram:

• MoneyGram determines the rate of exchange between any fiat currency (dollars, pesos, etc.) and USDC.
• These rates are determined by market conditions, and operating costs for MoneyGram in each region they operate in.

MoneyGram strives to maintain a competitive exchange rate between USDC and any fiat currency. Vibrant has no control over rates of exchange for cash outs through MoneyGram, visible in the app.

What currency will I receive my cash out through MoneyGram in?

You’ll receive the cash in your local currency. The conversion will be made by MoneyGram at the best foreign exchange rate available.

What are the fees for cashing out through MoneyGram?
