Terms and Conditions of the Financial Revolution Giveaway

We want to celebrate with Vibrant users who are part of the financial revolution as our active users by giving away gift cards.

We are offering 5 gift cards valued at 100,000 pesos each, and to opt to be the winner of one of them, participants must:

• Repost this and tag @vibrant_latam + three friends with whom you are going to celebrate May 25th
• Follow us on X (formerly Twitter)
• Create your Vibrant account if you don't already have one and complete the verification process.

1. The giveaway entry period is valid from May 23, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to May 31, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Argentina time. The winners will be chosen randomly and announced in our X account on June 11, 2024.
2. Exclusive promotion for participants residing in the Republic of Argentina and 18 years of age or older.
3. Prizes include one 100,000 Argentine peso gift card each for five winners. The type of gift card winners will receive is subject to change based on availability and will not be substituted.
4. Only one entry per Vibrant user is permitted. Anyone found to attempt to enter this giveaway with multiple X accounts or multiple Vibrant accounts will be ineligible for the giveaway and may have their Vibrant account suspended permanently.
5. Users who engage in fraudulent activities or violate these terms and conditions will be disqualified from the campaign.
6. Personal information collected during the campaign will be subject to Vibrant's Privacy Policy.
7. 5 winners will be chosen through a random drawing and will be contacted via direct message from the Vibrant LATAM X account for further steps. If the selected participants have fully complied with the Terms and Conditions and provide the necessary information in a timely manner to receive their prize, they will be announced in the Vibrant LATAM X account as winners on June 11, 2024. If any of the conditions are not met for a selected winner, the random draw will be conducted again until a replacement winner is found.
8. Please make sure you have notifications and direct messages turned on, as we cannot be responsible for notification failures caused by spam settings and other reasons beyond our control. While Vibrant will seek to ensure that all winners are notified, we cannot be held responsible for failure to notify, failure to respond by a winner, or for other reasons beyond our control. If a winner does not respond with the information necessary to claim the prize, Vibrant reserves the right to conduct another random drawing to select a substitute winner or vacate the prize.
9. Payment and reporting of any applicable government taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
10. The prize will be sent only to Vibrant users who reside in the Republic of Argentina.
11. Vibrant reserves the right to modify or cancel this campaign at any time.
12. At Vibrant we will never ask you to share your confidential information (passwords) nor will we require any payment as a condition to claim your prize. Be sure not to share personal or financial information with anyone claiming to represent Vibrant.
13. Initial contact of the drawing winners will be via direct message from Vibrant LATAM’s official X account. But remember that the only email address enabled to request support and/or claim a prize from this promotion is soporte@vibrantapp.com. Therefore, you should direct all messages related to the promotion there. Likewise, the responses you receive must come from soporte@vibrantapp.com. Avoid contact with any other email addresses or other X accounts that try to impersonate Vibrant.
