I’ve logged out / deleted and reinstalled the app! How do I recover my account?

Because Vibrant accounts don’t rely on passwords, whenever you log out or re-install the app, you will need to recover your account. To start the account recovery process with our partner LOBSTR, an independent third party account recovery provider, you will need to verify your email account twice.

When you open the application, you’ll be asked for your email address. Once you submit it, you’ll receive a code in your email inbox, which you’ll be asked to enter back into the Vibrant app. Once you do this, we’ll ask for your email a second time, this time using LOBSTR’s account verification process. A new window will open up in the app, and once there, you will need to repeat this process: you’ll receive a code to your email address, and you’ll need to re-enter the code to proceed. After you do this, voila! You’re back in.
