I’ve logged out / deleted and reinstalled the app! How do I log back into my account?

Since Vibrant accounts do not rely on passwords, each time you log out or reinstall the app, you will need to log back into your account. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Open the Vibrant app.
  2. Enter your email address when prompted.
  3. Check your email inbox for a code sent by the app.
  4. Enter the received code in the Vibrant app.
  5. Enter your email address a second time using LOBSTR’s account verification process.
  6. Check your email inbox for another code sent by LOBSTR.
  7. Enter this new code into the app.
  8. And voila! You’re back in.
