What is sending funds to a Vibrant contact?

This is a Vibrant feature which allows you to send or receive funds with a Vibrant registered user. You can use their name, username, phone number or email. It makes it easier to send and receive funds between Vibrant users.


Can I send the funds even if they are not in my contacts?

Yes! You can use their name, username, phone number or email.

To send funds to a Vibrant contact:

  1. Access to your Vibrant account
  2. Tap on Send
  3. Search the contact to whom you want to send funds using the registered name, phone, username, or email address
  4. Select the user you want to send the funds to, ensuring with the recipient that is the correct person/account
  5. Tap on Send to ((the user you selected))
  6. Select the asset you want to transfer
  7. Type the amount you want to send and select Review
  8. Review the details of your transaction (recipient's name, amount, username) and hit on Confirm
  9. Nice, your funds have been sent!

How long does it take for the funds to arrive?

If you are transferring funds to or from someone who has a Vibrant account, the funds transfers are processed immediately. Please note that it could take some minutes for the funds to be in the recipient’s account.


What happens if I accidentally send money to the wrong person?

Transactions on Vibrant are instant and final. Once the funds have been sent to another Vibrant contact, the transaction cannot be canceled, modified or reversed.

Please make sure to double-check every transaction you initiate on Vibrant before confirming it, to make sure all the details are correct. It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the information is accurate prior to confirming the transaction.


How can I see the status of my transaction?

You can visit your transaction history to review the status of your transaction by clicking on the clock icon located at the bottom of your home screen.


How will the other Vibrant user be notified about my transaction?

A pop-up notification will be displayed for the other user, confirming the reception of the funds in the other user’s account.
