I sent crypto to the wrong wallet or exchange

Unfortunately, once a withdrawal is completed and the transaction appears as successful in your Vibrant account history, we cannot cancel, reverse, or modify the transaction.

To avoid this situation in the future, we recommend:

  • Copy and paste the address: Avoid manually entering the address to which you are sending funds. Always copy and paste the information to prevent errors.
  • Verify before sending: Do not click send until you have double-checked the information and are 100% sure it is correct.

It is not possible to recover the funds sent. If you know the person who received the funds, you can contact them directly to explain the situation. However, Vibrant cannot provide you with information about the recipient, contact them, or intervene to recover the funds.
