Lobstr

LOBSTR is a third-party entity that provides independent key recovery services to help Vibrant users with account recovery.

Vibrant wants you to have full control of the assets in your wallet. We don’t have any way to access your account ourselves, and we didn’t want to give that access to anyone else either. However, we also understand that sometimes life happens and people lose their devices or account access and need help recovering them.

So, we created a process that requires two separate entities to sign off on account recovery, and we partnered with LOBSTR to be one of those two signers. Acting alone, neither Vibrant nor LOBSTR can recover or make any changes to your account, but if you ask both of us to help, we verify and validate your request and help you recover your account.
