If you wish to enhance the security of your account, you have two options. You can set up a PIN that will be prompted each time you open the app, or you can opt to sign out from your account whenever you're finished using it.

How do I create a PIN?
You can create a 4-digit PIN to protect and access your app:
- Sign in to your Vibrant account.
- Click on your initial, located in the upper right side of your screen.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on “PIN Preferences.”
- Set your PIN and confirm it.
This PIN will be requested each time you want to access your app.
I lost my PIN. How do I access my account?
If you have lost or forgotten your PIN:
- Click on “Forgot your PIN?”
- Your session will be closed and your PIN will be deleted
- Login and authenticate with your email address
- Once you are logged in, click on your initials, located in the upper right-side of your screen
- Go to Settings
- Select PIN Preferences and establish your new PIN.
How can I delete or update my PIN?
If you want to delete or update your PIN:
- Sign in to your Vibrant account.
- Click on your initial, located in the upper right side of your screen.
- Go to Settings.
- Click on PIN Preferences.
- Select Delete PIN or Update PIN.
- And confirm your decision.
- If you clicked on Update PIN, please set your new PIN and confirm it.
