Can someone else pick up my funds at the MoneyGram location?

Yes. If someone other than the Vibrant account owner is picking up the funds, the personal and identification information of the person picking up the funds must be entered into the cash out form. 

The individual must bring the reference number and ID to the MoneyGram location in order to pick up the funds.
