Can I get a refund if my cash out transaction cannot be completed at the MoneyGram location?

Yes, you can cancel a transaction at any time and funds will be deposited back into your Vibrant account.

To cancel a transaction:

1. Go to Vibrant - History -
2. Tap your reference number.
3. Select the “Cancel” button.
4. Please state the reason for refund and funds should be deposited back into your wallet.
